No task is too small for us! Whether you need help with minor repairs or an extra hand with household chores, we’re happy to assist with single tasks or ongoing support.
Yes, we already offer discounts for seniors and have discounted long-term service options available. Please contact us for more information about pricing and any available promotions.
There will never be a contract for using our services.
Our service is based on pay-as-you-go providing the flexibility and control that seniors need while offering cost savings and reducing the risk of overcommitting to unnecessary services.
The minimum time charged is always one hour. This does not include travel to and from your home; there is no charge for this.
This charge can be for a one time task or for as many as can be done in an hour.
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need urgent maintenance or repairs, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to prioritize your request.
We are flexible on our hours based on your needs and schedule.
Normally, we provide service Monday through Saturday from 10am to 6pm but we will do our best to always accommodate.
We do not provide medical services. All medical services are obtained by the client and/or their family through other wonderful external sources. We can help you look for one.
Yes, anyone employed is fully trained to our standards of customer service and professionalism.
All employees must undergo criminal background checks in regards to vulnerable sector.
Graceful Living is fully insured with general liability and professional liability coverage to ensure the highest level of safety for both our clients and employees. Should any issues arise during our services, our insurance will cover related incidents in accordance with the policy limits. We are happy to provide you with a copy of our insurance certificate upon request.
